Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders ship from California within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You’ll get an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping method and delivery time
Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage, which usually arrives within 2–5 business days after shipping.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders of $150 or more ship free.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Delayed or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at [email protected] and we’ll help sort it out.
