Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.

How to start a return
Go to your order page at https://shopify.com/79471050921/account, choose the item, and submit a return request. We’ll review it and email you return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show the refund.

Exchanges
To swap a size or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right and cover the return shipping.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t shipped, from your order page. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.

About handmade pieces
Every piece is hand block printed by artisans in Jaipur, India, so small variations in print and color are part of the craft, not defects.
